Dear (Mr.) Arad,

I have noticed that recently you have decided on a new rule that says(ww.) that each student that will disrupt the lesson should be automatically expelled from school after the second warning. I think the rule is right and fair.

The rule will give a chance to students to correct their behavior, a chance not to be expelled from school after one mistake they make in class. The rule will make students think twice about their actions, it will make them more concentrate(gr.) in class and will make them want to control their desires and their actions. It will also give more power to the teachers in class. They could maintain a good lesson by expelling the students who disrupt. It will make the students respect their teachers.

Moreover, the new rule will create a nice and relax(gr.) environment for the students who want to study and can't study because of the students who disrupt the class. I (a word is missing here) you should think to an assignment to that rule(phr.- not clear). I think that each student that disrupt(gr.) the class should be expelled and also do an assignment over the material he lost in the class because of his behavior.

To sum up, I think that you are doing a good job for creating(gr.+ww.) a nice environment for the students in class. You are doing a god job with teaching and correcting wrong behavior and to bequeath(ww.) rules and boundaries at(ww.) bad students.

Sincerely yours,

Tom Poter Jones.
Nice, but needs work.
