Talent Or Hard Work ?

Recently I was asked  "what does success in life depend on more – talent or hard work?". It's hard for me to say what has more impact on life but I think the key to success in life is a combination between talent and hard work. 

I think talent is rear, talent is like a gift that people get when they are born. Talent is very important in life but talent will be used when a person finds his domain. Each person uses his talent when he finds the right job or the right domain he likes(phr.). Finding the right job for the person's individual talent could make his life easier and (more) successful. The combination of specific talent and the right job can make life successful.

On the other hand, I think talent isn’t the only factor for achieving a successful life. I think hard work and determination are very important for achieving a successful life. A person who has the will and the motivation to work hard will achieve success. There are times when hard work doesn’t bring the results we want because we don’t have the right talent or the specific ability to achieve the goal we want to achieve. For example, I think that in sports like basketball, a person might need talent to achieve success. Hard work isn't enough, a person need to born(gr.- needs to be born) with talent for basketball, this domian is very hard and it has alot of limits that hard work can't pass through.(phr.) - not a very good example for your point here, since basketball also requires a lot of practice and hard work. 

To sum up neither talent nor hard work is(gr.-are) enough to achieve a successful life.
A successful life depends on the combination of the two. Talent will help us find our way but hard work could make it easier and (us) successful.
